How connectors work

Connect your other services once and every project in the workspace can use them — safely.

Connectors link your wish4 workspace to the services you already use. There are two kinds:

  • Built in — Built-in AI is on for every workspace. Nothing to connect: your projects use AI models through wish4, and it's charged to your AI credits.
  • Your own accounts — Shopify, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Resend, Brevo, Klaviyo, Quizell, ShipDuo, Discord, Telegram and Google Analytics. You connect your account (an API key, a measurement ID, or Shopify's sign-in) and every project in the workspace can use it. The service bills you directly.

Connecting a service

1
Open Connectors

In your dashboard, open Connectors and pick the service. The tabs group them by what they do.

2
Click Connect

A side panel explains what the service adds and which values you need. Each value has a Get value link to the right page of that service.

3
Name it and paste the values

Give the connection a name your team will recognise, paste the key (or keys), and save. Formats are checked as you type — a Twilio Account SID must start with AC, for example.

4
Ask the builder

In any project, ask for the feature — "send an SMS when a booking comes in", "add a listen button to my articles". The builder knows what's connected and wires it up.

How your keys stay safe

  • Keys are encrypted and stored on wish4's servers. After saving you only ever see the last few characters.
  • A key is only sent to its own service — an ElevenLabs key only to ElevenLabs' API, a Twilio key only to Twilio. You can see and change each key's allowed websites under Connectors → Your API keys.
  • Keys never appear in your pages and never reach a visitor's browser. Your project calls wish4's server, which makes the request with the key.
  • The AI builder never sees a secret. It sees which services are connected, plus plain identifiers it needs to build the right calls (a Twilio region and Account SID).

Never paste a key into the builder chat or onto a page. If the builder needs a key you haven't connected, it shows a secure form instead.

Turning a connection off

In a service's panel, Turn off keeps the key saved but stops every project from using it — their calls are refused until you turn it back on. Disconnect deletes the key. For services with several values (Twilio), both act on all of them together.

Who can manage integrations

The workspace owner and Admins can connect, turn off and disconnect services. Analytics members can see what's connected but can't change it. See Team & connectors.

Costs

Services you connect with your own account (Shopify, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Resend, Brevo, Klaviyo, Quizell, ShipDuo, Discord, Telegram, Google Analytics) bill you on that account at their prices — wish4 adds nothing. Built-in AI is the exception: it runs on wish4's AI accounts and is charged to your AI credits.
