“It says it edited, but nothing changed”

Tell it plainly: *“that didn't change.”* The agent will re-read the page, find what actually controls that element (an inline style, a CSS rule, or a class), and fix it. You can also revert and retry with a more specific instruction.

The AI stopped mid-task

Send a short *“continue”* — it picks up where it left off. If it keeps stalling, break the request into smaller steps.

“Out of AI credits”

Your site stays live; only the AI pauses. Buy a top-up or upgrade in Billing, or turn on auto-recharge. See Plans & credits.

My uploaded image was rejected

Files must be under 15 MB. For a very large photo, resize or compress it first. Big screenshots used as references are downscaled automatically.

My custom domain isn't working yet

Use Verify DNS in Settings — it shows the IP your domain currently resolves to. DNS can take up to an hour to propagate; once it points at wish4, SSL is issued automatically. See Connect a domain.

A form isn't capturing leads

Lead capture runs on the published site, so Save first, then submit the live form and check Customers. Make sure the form fields have clear names.

Voice dictation types nonsense

Dictation has no language auto-detect — click the chevron next to the mic and pick the language you're speaking. The choice is remembered.

The site loops between www and the bare domain

Run Verify DNS in Settings once — wish4 reads your live records, works out which host actually serves the site, and fixes the canonical address automatically. See Connect a domain.

The AI built something when I only wanted to talk

Switch the composer to Discuss — in that mode the AI can plan and advise but can't change anything. See Build & Discuss modes.
