Order a sample of your product, and understand exactly what an order costs.
Samples
Once a product is approved you can order a sample — the real product with your real label, shipped to you. Hold it, photograph it, taste it before your customers do. Samples are paid by card at your cost (no markup).
What an order costs
Every order — sample or customer — is priced the same transparent way:
- Unit cost × quantity — your per-unit price from the catalog.
- Fulfilment — charged once per order; it covers the first unit and the handling of the shipment itself.
- Pick & pack — charged for each additional unit in the same box (quantity − 1).
- Shipping — added separately, by destination and weight.
So a 1-unit order pays fulfilment only; a 5-unit order pays fulfilment plus four pick & packs. The checkout shows the full breakdown before you pay.
Production & shipping
- Orders are produced on demand, 2–4 business days after they're placed, then shipped.
- Track every order (yours and your customers') in the Orders page — status moves from paid → in production → shipped, with the carrier and tracking number attached.
Order one sample before you start promoting — product photos of the real bottle convert far better than renders.
