The rules of the marketplace — compliance, revisions, cancellations and returns.
Label compliance
- Every label must pass review before it can be printed or sold; edits to approved labels are re-reviewed.
- Labels must not make disease or cure claims. Structure/function claims must carry the standard FDA disclaimer (the studio includes it by default).
- You are the seller of record for your brand: the distributor line on the label names your brand, and pricing, marketing and customer relationships are yours.
Review service level
Label reviews are answered within 1–2 business days. A rejection always carries the exact comments to fix; withdrawing and resubmitting restarts the clock.
Orders, cancellations & returns
- Orders are made on demand. An order can be cancelled until production starts (within the 2–4 business day production window it may already be too late — contact support immediately).
- Because every unit is custom-printed for your brand, produced goods are not returnable for restocking. Defective or damaged deliveries are replaced — send a photo to support within 14 days of delivery.
- Samples are charged at cost and follow the same defect-replacement policy.
Your customers' data
Order data synced from your store is used only to produce and ship those orders. We never market to your customers and never share their data. See the privacy policy.
