Label review & approval

Every label is checked by a human before it can be sold — here's the process.

Before a product can be published and sold, its label goes through a human review. This protects you: a supplement label carries legally required content, and printing a non-compliant one is your liability as the seller.

What we check

  • Required content — supplement facts panel, ingredients, suggested use, warnings, distributor line, net weight, and the FDA disclaimer.
  • Claims — no disease or cure claims; structure/function wording must carry the disclaimer.
  • Print requirements — resolution, readability at bottle size, and safe margins so nothing important falls on a seam.

The timeline

1
Submit

Send the label from the studio. Its status becomes Waiting for approval.

2
Review — usually 1–2 business days

We approve, or reply with the exact comments to fix — never a plain rejection.

3
Fix & resubmit (if needed)

You can also withdraw a submission yourself to keep editing; resubmitting restarts the review clock.

4
Approved

The product unlocks publishing to your store and sample orders. Approval emails you either way.

Editing an approved product's label sends it back through review before the new version prints — customers only ever receive an approved label.
