History & reverting
Version history, per-message reverts and editing a sent message.
Every change the AI makes is saved as a restore point. If a change went the wrong way, roll your draft back — no need to ask the AI to “undo” from memory.
Version history
Click the History icon in the builder's top bar. The version list replaces the chat — the current version is highlighted, older ones stack below with when they happened.
Hover a version and click the revert icon. A confirmation asks before anything changes; then your draft rolls back to exactly that state — including undoing any pages created since.
Reverting changes your draft only. Review it, then Publish to make the rolled-back version live.
Revert from a message
Hover any AI reply in the chat and click Revert to this version — it rolls the draft back to right after that reply. The same confirmation applies.
Edit a sent message
Hover one of your messages and click the pencil. The text loads back into the composer with a banner under it; edit and send, and wish4 first rolls back everything after that message, then re-runs with your new wording — like the wrong turn never happened. The ✕ on the banner cancels.
Your published site is never touched by a revert until you Publish. So you can revert, compare, and decide safely.
