Build from Claude, ChatGPT & Cursor

Connect wish4 to your AI assistant and create, edit and publish projects from its chat — wish4 still hosts and runs everything.

wish4 works as a connector (an MCP server) for AI assistants. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code and you can say "build me a booking site for my salon on wish4" right in their chat. The assistant creates the project, writes and edits the pages, sets up data tables and publishes — and the project lives on wish4 like any other: its address or custom domain, its data, form leads, analytics and the SEO and marketing agents.

Building from AI assistants is part of the Builder plan and up.

Connect it

1
Copy your address

In your dashboard, open Connectors → MCP and copy the address — https://wish4.ai/mcp.

2
Add it to your assistant

Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address → Connect. ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → developer mode → Create → paste the address. Cursor: Settings → MCP → Add, with "wish4": { "url": "https://wish4.ai/mcp" }. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http wish4 https://wish4.ai/mcp.

3
Sign in and approve

A wish4 window opens. Sign in as usual, pick the workspace the assistant may use, and click Connect. That's it — the assistant now has wish4's tools.

What you can do

New website“Build a one-page site on wish4 for my bakery with the menu and opening hours, then publish it.”From idea to live link in one chat. The assistant creates the project, writes the page and publishes it.
Quick edits“On my wish4 bakery site, change the Saturday hours to 8–14 and publish.”Precise edits. Only the exact text changes; a checkpoint is saved first.
Hand off a big build“Ask wish4's builder to add an online ordering page with a cart to my bakery site.”wish4's own builder does the heavy lifting (uses your AI credits); the assistant reports back when it's done.
Data & sample content“Add a Products table to my shop project with 10 sample products.”Your project database. Tables and records the pages read live.
Reports“How did my bakery site do this week, and who filled in the contact form?”Analytics and leads. Visits, sources, top pages and form submissions.

How it works

  • Drafts first. Everything the assistant writes goes to the draft. Nothing goes live until it publishes — and it should tell you before it does.
  • Checkpoints. wish4 saves a checkpoint before the assistant's first change (and whenever you ask). Restore any of them from the editor's History.
  • Watch along. Every answer includes the editor link, so you can open the project and see the changes.
  • One at a time. While wish4's builder is working on your workspace, the assistant's edits wait — no two editors fight over a page.
  • Connectors stay in wish4. The assistant never sees or asks for API keys. To use ElevenLabs, Twilio and the rest, connect them on the Connectors page, then ask the assistant to have wish4's builder use them.

Permissions and safety

  • The assistant acts as you, in the one workspace you approved, with your role there — an Analytics member's assistant can read but not change anything.
  • It can't see your keys, touch billing or delete projects.
  • Disconnect any time under Connectors → MCP; it loses access on its next request. Removing you from a team or blocking an account ends it too.

Credits

When the assistant writes pages itself, the AI work runs on your assistant's own plan — wish4 doesn't charge credits for it. When it hands a task to wish4's builder, that build uses your workspace's AI credits, exactly as if you'd asked in the editor.

Troubleshooting

  • The assistant says it isn't connected / asks to sign in again — the connection was disconnected, expired or your plan changed. Reconnect from the assistant's connector settings.
  • "No workspace that allows AI assistants" — the workspace's plan is below Builder. Upgrade, or pick another workspace you belong to.
  • "wish4's builder is working right now" — wait until the build in the editor finishes, then ask again.
