Resend

Send email from your projects — confirmations, receipts, updates and newsletters.

Connect Resend and your projects can send email from your own domain: booking confirmations, receipts, password-free sign-in links, order updates and newsletters.

Set up Resend

1
Verify your domain

In Resend, add the domain you'll send from and add the DNS records it shows. Emails can only come from a verified domain.

2
Create an API key

Open API Keys, create a key with sending access and copy it — it starts with re_.

3
Connect in wish4

Open Connectors → Resend → Connect, name the connection, paste the key and save.

What you can build

Customer email console“An admin page where I can email a customer from their record.”Email from your own domain. Write it in your app, Resend delivers it.
Newsletter sender“An admin page to send a newsletter to everyone in my Subscribers table.”Simple campaigns. One email per subscriber, from your verified address.
Member receipts“Let signed-in members email their order receipt to themselves.”Self-service emails. Only signed-in members can trigger it.
Event reminder“An admin button that emails every registered attendee a reminder.”One click, everyone notified. Reads the attendee list from your project's database.

Tell the builder which address to send from, like Ada's Bakery <[email protected]>.

A simple contact form doesn't need Resend: wish4's built-in forms already save every submission to Customers and notify you. Use Resend when your project has to email *other people*.

Sending is kept behind your login or your site's member login, so nobody can use your site to send email from your domain.

Troubleshooting

  • "domain is not verified" — finish the DNS step in Resend, or send from your verified domain.
  • Emails only reach you — you're on Resend's test sender ([email protected]), which only delivers to your own address. Verify your domain.
  • "switched off for this workspace" — turn the connection on in the Resend panel.
