Why build it with wish4

Listings kept in your project database

Properties live as records in your project database — price, bedrooms, area, photos, status — and the listing pages read them live. Add a new property, mark one as under offer, or drop a price by telling the AI, and the pages show it on save. No retyping the same details on three different pages.

Viewing requests with the details you need

Each listing can carry a viewing request form that already knows which property it's about. Ask for the fields you care about: preferred times, buying or renting, whether they have a property to sell. On the Builder and Pro plans, requests land in your Customers inbox with a profile, so a buyer who enquires about one house is still on your list for the next.

Neighbourhood guides that build trust

Write about the areas you cover — schools, transport, parks, the best coffee — and the AI turns it into guide pages linked from the relevant listings. Local knowledge is what separates an agent from a portal, and these pages show it. They also give search engines more to find you by.

A profile that sells you, too

Sellers choose agents as much as buyers choose homes. Add your team bios, your approach, and real recent sales, and the AI presents them alongside a valuation request form. The site works for both sides of the market.

Made for browsing on a phone

Most people scroll listings on their phone. Pages are fast and mobile-friendly, with photo galleries that swipe and key facts readable at a glance. Ask for a map, a mortgage calculator, or a floor plan view and the AI adds it.

International buyers welcome

Build the site in more than one language, including right-to-left languages like Hebrew and Arabic. A language switcher keeps every listing and guide available to buyers in their own language. Useful in markets where a good share of interest comes from abroad.

How to build it on wish4

  1. 1

Describe your agency and your area

Tell the AI who you are, which areas you cover, and whether you focus on sales, lettings, or both. Mention the look you want: classic, modern, high-end.

  2. 2

Add your listings to the project database

Ask for a listings table with the fields you use — price, bedrooms, area, photos, status — and add your current properties. The listing pages read them live.

  3. 3

Set up viewing and valuation requests

Say what each form should ask. On Builder and Pro, requests land in your Customers inbox; connect Resend to get them by email too.

  4. 4

    Publish and keep listings current

Save to go live on a free wish4.ai subdomain, or your own domain on Builder or Pro. When a property sells or a new one comes in, update it by chatting.

Common questions

How do I add and update listings? +

Listings are records in your project database, and pages read them live. Tell the AI "add a 3-bed semi on Oak Road at $450,000" or "mark 12 Elm Street as sold", or edit the records yourself, and the site updates on save.

Does it pull listings from the MLS or property portals? +

No — there's no MLS or property-portal connector, so listings are added to your project database by you or the AI. For many independent agents and small agencies that's manageable, and it means your site shows exactly what you want it to.

Where do viewing requests go? +

On the Builder and Pro plans, every request is captured in your Customers inbox with the person's details and the property they asked about. Connect Resend or Brevo in Connectors to get each request by email as well.

Can I keep some listings private? +

Yes — wish4 supports members-only and password-protected pages, which suit off-market properties or early previews for registered buyers. Share the access details only with the people you choose.

How much does a real estate website cost? +

The free plan gives you a free 4-hour trial with 10 AI credits and a free wish4.ai subdomain, no credit card required. Builder ($15/mo) adds your own domain and the Customers inbox for viewing requests; Pro ($35/mo) removes the wish4 badge and adds the SEO and Marketing agents.

Can I use my agency's domain? +

Yes — on the Builder and Pro plans, connect a domain you already own with a single DNS record, or buy one through wish4. You can also use a subdomain like listings.youragency.com and keep your current site as it is.
