Text, call and verify from your app
Connect your Twilio account once and every project in your workspace can text, call and verify. Ask the AI for appointment reminders by SMS, a WhatsApp order update, a phone-number sign-up with one-time codes, or an admin page that messages your customers — it builds the backend calls for you.
Your API key secret is encrypted at rest on wish4's servers and only ever sent to Twilio's own API. It never appears in your pages or reaches the browser, and the AI never sees it. Twilio bills messages and calls on your own Twilio account, and you can switch the connector off or remove it from your dashboard at any time.

Setup
How to connect Twilio
In the Twilio Console, copy your Account SID from the home page.
Under Account → API keys & tokens, create a Standard API key — copy its SID and secret (the secret is shown once).
In wish4, open Connectors → Twilio → Connect, pick your region and paste the three values.
Ask the AI builder for an SMS or WhatsApp feature — it uses the connection automatically.

Security
Your credentials stay yours
Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest and stored on wish4's servers. They are never embedded in your published pages, never sent to the browser, and the AI never sees them — when it needs your Twiliodata, wish4's server makes the call and hands back only the results.

Who pays for messages and calls? +
Twilio bills usage on your own Twilio account at Twilio's prices. wish4 doesn't add a charge.
Which region should I pick? +
The one your API key was created in — Twilio keys only work in their own region. Most accounts are United States (US1).
Can visitors send messages on my account? +
Only through features you build. The AI keeps sending actions behind your login or your site's member login, so strangers can't run up your Twilio bill.
