Works with wish4 · AI assistant · Builder plan and up
Add wish4 as an MCP server in Cursor and its agent can work on your wish4 projects directly: read and write pages, set up data tables, save checkpoints and publish — no deploy pipeline to maintain.
wish4 takes care of everything after the code: hosting, subdomains and custom domains, the project database, form leads, analytics and the SEO and marketing agents.
Use cases
The agent lists, reads and edits each page's HTML, with precise find-and-replace edits.
One tool call publishes the draft to your wish4 address or custom domain.
Define tables and add or update records your pages read live.
Checkpoints before changes, and restore any of them from the agent or the wish4 editor.
Setup
In wish4, open Connectors → MCP and copy your address.
In Cursor, open Settings → MCP and add a new server (or edit ~/.cursor/mcp.json) with the address below.
Cursor opens a wish4 sign-in — approve it and pick the workspace.
Ask Cursor's agent to work on your wish4 project.
~/.cursor/mcp.json
{
"mcpServers": {
"wish4": {
"url": "https://mcp.wish4.ai/mcp"
}
}
}Need more detail? Read the Cursor setup guide in the wish4 help center — where to find each value, ideas to ask the builder for, and fixes for common errors.
Security
Cursor signs in to wish4 with your approval and works only in the one workspace you pick, with your role there. It never sees your connector keys, can't touch billing or delete projects, and its changes go to drafts — with a checkpoint saved first — until it publishes. Disconnect it any time under Connectors → MCP.
No. Cursor signs in to wish4 with OAuth the first time it connects, so there's no token in your config file.
Building from AI assistants is part of the Builder plan and up. Your assistant's own plan is separate — use whichever Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor plan you already have.
Not when the assistant writes pages itself — that runs on your assistant's plan. Only when it hands a job to wish4's own builder does that build use your workspace's AI credits, the same as building in the editor.
No. It works in the one workspace you approved, with your role there. It can't see connector keys, change billing or delete projects, and you can disconnect it any time under Connectors → MCP.
On wish4, like any other project: hosting, your subdomain or custom domain, the database, form leads, analytics and the SEO and marketing agents. You can keep editing them in the wish4 editor too.
