Connect your Klaviyo account once and every project in your workspace can feed it. Ask the AI for a newsletter signup that lands in your Klaviyo list, a quiz whose result starts a flow, or a waitlist that tags new subscribers — it builds the Klaviyo calls for you.
Your private API key is encrypted at rest on wish4's servers and only ever sent to Klaviyo's API. It never appears in your pages or reaches the browser, and the AI never sees it. Klaviyo bills and rate-limits usage on your own account, and you can switch the connector off or remove it from your dashboard at any time.
Use cases
Newsletter, waitlist and SMS signup forms that subscribe people straight to your Klaviyo lists, with their consent.
Sign-ups, quiz results and purchases sent to Klaviyo as events, so your welcome and follow-up flows start on their own.
Keep customer details and preferences in sync between your app and Klaviyo.
Setup
In Klaviyo, open Settings → API keys and create a Private API key (Full access, or Custom with the scopes you need).
Copy it right away — Klaviyo shows it only once.
In wish4, open Connectors → Klaviyo → Connect and paste the key.
Ask the AI builder for a signup form or an event — it uses the connection automatically.
Need more detail? Read the Klaviyo setup guide in the wish4 help center — where to find each value, ideas to ask the builder for, and fixes for common errors.
Security
Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest and stored on wish4's servers. They are never embedded in your published pages, never sent to the browser, and the AI never sees them — when it needs your Klaviyo data, wish4's server makes the call and hands back only the results.
The private API key (it starts with pk_). The public key / site ID isn't used.
Full access works for everything. With a Custom key, add profiles, lists and subscriptions write to subscribe people, and events write to track events. A Read-only key can't subscribe anyone.
Klaviyo bills your own account under your Klaviyo plan. wish4 doesn't add a charge.
