Integration · Messaging · Free plan
Create a bot with @BotFather, connect it once, and every project in your workspace can use it. Ask the AI builder to message you when an order comes in, post new bookings to your team group, publish updates to your channel, or answer customers who write to your bot — it builds the Telegram calls for you.
Your bot token is encrypted at rest on wish4's servers and only ever sent to Telegram's Bot API. It never appears in your pages or reaches the browser, and the AI never sees it. The Telegram Bot API is free, and you can switch the connector off or remove it from your dashboard at any time.
Use cases
New orders, bookings, sign-ups and form replies sent to your Telegram — or your team's group — as they happen.
Post announcements, new products or blog posts to your Telegram channel from an admin page.
Reply to messages people send your bot: order status, opening hours, FAQs, or a support inbox in your app.
Let customers start your bot and get their booking reminders or delivery updates in Telegram.
Setup
In Telegram, open a chat with @BotFather and send /newbot.
Choose a display name and a username that ends in "bot".
Copy the token BotFather sends you.
In wish4, open Connectors → Telegram → Connect, paste the token, then ask the AI builder for what you need.
Need more detail? Read the Telegram setup guide in the wish4 help center — where to find each value, ideas to ask the builder for, and fixes for common errors.
Security
Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest and stored on wish4's servers. They are never embedded in your published pages, never sent to the browser, and the AI never sees them — when it needs your Telegram data, wish4's server makes the call and hands back only the results.
Telegram bots can only message people who started them. Open your bot (t.me/your_bot) and press Start once — then the builder can find your chat and send you alerts.
Yes. Add the bot to the group, or to the channel as an admin allowed to post, and tell the builder which one to use.
No. The Bot API is free. Telegram only limits how fast a bot can send — about one message per second per chat.
