Connect ShipDuo once and every project in your workspace can ship. Ask the AI for a shipping-cost calculator on your site, an admin page that compares carriers and books the best label, or a tracking page your customers can check — it builds the ShipDuo calls for you.
Your ShipDuo API key is encrypted at rest on wish4's servers and only ever sent to ShipDuo's API. It never appears in your pages or reaches the browser, and the AI never sees it. Booking a label spends money, so the AI keeps booking behind your login; quotes and tracking can be public.

How to connect ShipDuo
Sign in to your ShipDuo dashboard and copy your API key from its API settings.
In wish4, open Connectors → ShipDuo → Connect and paste the key.
Ask the AI builder for a quote, booking or tracking feature — it uses the connection automatically.

Security
Your credentials stay yours
Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest and stored on wish4's servers. They are never embedded in your published pages, never sent to the browser, and the AI never sees them — when it needs your ShipDuodata, wish4's server makes the call and hands back only the results.
ShipDuo integration questions
Who pays for the labels? +
ShipDuo bills the labels you book on your own ShipDuo account. Quotes and tracking don't cost anything. wish4 adds no charge.
Can visitors book shipments on my account? +
No. The AI builds booking behind your login (or your site's member login). Visitors can get quotes and track, but not buy labels.
Does it handle freight? +
Yes — small parcels (under about 150 lb) through carriers like UPS and USPS, and LTL freight through carriers like SAIA, XPO and Estes, with a bill of lading instead of a label.
